BROKERS4SALE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The member
- The member has agreed to join brokers4sale as a member for a minimum of one year with a one month notice period subject to the completed sale of a business, when subscription payments will cease immediately.
- The membership Fee is to be paid monthly by standing order.
- The membership subscription is £23 per month inclusive of VAT
- The membership entitles members to all benefits as outlined in the website area named ‘Benefits of membership’.
- Brokers4sale retains the right to withdraw membership for any individual or company at its own discretion and without reason.
- Strict confidentiality will apply at all times and members will be required to complete individual confidentiality agreements.
- Those members wishing to sell will be emailed individual agreements outlining the fee payable upon the successful sale of their business. This will be 3% of consideration or turnover (whichever the greater) subject to a minimum success fee of £5,000, and remains the responsibility of the vendor. Where turnover is in excess of £1m this is subject to negotiation and will be confirmed in the individual agreement.
